i did.. and i'm doing what i can do.. just that i overdid it

supposed to start slow..
cardiovascular > injury
kinda got used exercising to the point where my
cardiovascular bit puncture and that's when i stop.. now i
have to quit some time before that point...
and slowly build up strength...
so i think i'll actually bring a watch with me.. time myself..
then in the months to come, add 1 minute per fortnight or month or
something like that as the strength increases
cool.
for the diet part, I can give you a simple tip.
go look up the harris bennedict formula for calculating your
daily caloric requirements, and plan your food intake accordingly.
counting calories will be a real pain at first but after a
while your agar-ration skill will be good enough that it becomes
second nature in your head. there is no need to ever resort to
eating out of tupperware containers as long as you're aware of the
estimated caloric content of whatever you're eating. Also, eat less
of the high sugar and fried stuff and you're good.
the most important thing to remember is: if you're eating too
much, no amount of exercise is going to make up for it.
